This product feels of good quality, with natural ingredients, not too strong a smell, and a sufficient quantity. I believe it will be beneficial for women over 40 years old. I have already taken my second bottle and feel that my body has regained some energy.

I used this religiously, sticking to the dosage, but experienced no benefit from these ingredients. I know this is a quality product but why no black cohosh? Expensive for the packaging size. I won’t revisit this product. I think the blend is lacking key ingredients for hormonal changes and that needs a review
