Men's Multivitamin with Super Adaptogen Complex, Super BlueGreen Complex, and Super Spice Complex, Iron Free, 240 Veggie Capsules

I’ve tried quite a few men’s multivitamins, and this was one of the formulas that impressed me the most. In fact, I would consider it one of the best I’ve purchased through iHerb. What really stood out was the ingredient selection. It provides a broad range of vitamins and minerals without adding iron, and I appreciated the use of several active or well-absorbed forms of B vitamins. In particular, having 5-MTHF folate, P5P for B6, and methylcobalamin/dibencozide B12 was a major plus for me. The capsule format was another advantage. This is also much more than a basic vitamin-and-mineral formula. It includes K2, mixed tocopherols, bioflavonoids, boron, GLA, and a variety of botanical and whole-food ingredients. The addition of ingredients such as ashwagandha, maca, rhodiola, turmeric, ginger, spirulina, and chlorella gives the formula a broader nutritional profile than most ordinary multivitamins I’ve come across. The recommended four capsules per day may seem like a lot compared with a simple one-a-day product, but I didn’t consider that a major drawback. The capsules are easy enough to take, and taking several capsules also allows the daily serving to be spread out rather than taken all at once. Unfortunately, the 240-count bottle has apparently been discontinued by iHerb. That’s disappointing because the larger bottle made the product a particularly good value. If this exact formula became available again, I would have no hesitation about purchasing it. I hope Super Nutrition considers bringing back this formulation instead of simplifying it in future versions.

I am very satisfied with these multivitamins, it's a huge shame that they are no longer available or are no longer being produced.
