Stroopwafels from Daelmans come in two sizes. This is the slightly larger size (for those who can't get enough wafel) but they are not too big to fit in the Daelman's tin. That's really all you need to know. If you can't make it to an actual stroopwafelkraam and have one poured and pressed before your very eyes, I'd say these are the next best thing. Various fillings available. I go with the classic caramel.
I enjoy Caramel Stroopwafels especially in the evening with a hot cup of Colombian coffee. It is a great pick-me-up and an after-dinner treat. I buy local but prefer online from iHerb and find their products are fresh, shipped quickly, and arrive as described. I always purchase the box of 8 waffles at 10.94 total ounces as they are the right size for my cup of coffee, so they sit nicely atop and gently warm. I love them. Haven't found a better producer than Daelmans. In some famous words, "I'll be back!!"
