Fish taste is no issue , I don't mind it at all.Package is very good .I experienced more benefit when I take 3 capsules daily but spaced. I feel my heart appreciates the daily dosage I take. inflammation has no place in my body and my hair seems cool. Cholesterol? I don't mind it .Very nice Omega fish oil .
