I am going through the symptoms of menopause. I usually have swollen feet and stomach, I can't sleep well, hot flashes or colds, and this has helped me. They are capsules that have no flavor, they are of good quality, and the size is good for the price.

I bought this off a recommendation from a naturopath. I’m not at an age where I need menopause support however I have had some issues with my hormones. This has definitely been working to help with that. The size and dosage isn’t too bad, however the taste is not great - so swallow them quick and chase it with some water. Definitely not a downside in my opinion though as I think it means the company hasn’t added any unnecessary ingredients to try and cover up the taste. I feel like it’s really good quality and if you’re having any hormone issues or issues with your skin then definitely give this product a go! It’s definitely improving my mood, cycle and skin!

I am almost 50 and going into perimenopause. This summer i was struggling to survive the hot flashes and night sweats. Started taking these and my symptoms started reducing in intensity till i got enough of it into my symptoms. Taste was a little different than i expected but nothing you can’t handle to swallow quickly with water. The only thing i wish is that they had a larger quantity size so i dont have to keep having to reorder quickly. The ingredients are pretty clean.

I took it for my hot flushes and was surprised to find that after the first capsule I had fewer complaints. After 2 weeks, my hot flashes were reduced by a third and noticeably less severe. Excellent quality, good ingredients. Protective packaging. The capsule is medium sized, easy to swallow and has an herbal smell. Good value for money.

I'm detecting the early symptoms of perimenopause. Taking 1 pill a day for now. Taste is neutral, and the ingredients list good quality stuff. The bottle is of a good size.

I liked this product for including benefits of essentials ingredients I was searching for, capsules small size has no tast or smell easy to swallow. more important it really helped in regulating the period and reducing other symptoms of menopause the quality is good. but unfortunately few capsules in the containers.

Tried this for a while. Not sure if it works cos didn’t finish a bottle. I think u have to consume this regularly for some time in order to work.

I've been taking this product for about 3 weeks, so I haven't seen any clear results yet. The pills are easy to swallow, the composition is ok for me, I hope to get rid of hot flashes, I'll take it for at least three months to see the results.
