However, the dosages for compounds like L-carnitine and Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) are on the lower side compared to typical clinical recommendations. Because the price point is so affordable, I highly recommend buying this as a baseline and simply combining it with extra standalone L-carnitine and ALCAR supplements to get the full benefits.
