purchased this on a recommendation, the oil not brand, but I am super pleased with both. Have digestive issues that this aided immediately. Longer-term benefits have yet to show, but wow, a game changer for me!
I think it is a good product. I can see through the transparent pill that an oil is inside. Furthermore after a month of taking it I didn't notice any side effect

This is my second bottle. I wanted to take black seed oil on a regular basis, but drinking just oil was not my thing so i decided to take it. It's easy to swallow. will keep taking this in the future too as we all need anti-inflammatory stuff.
