this Tulsi tea is one of my night time go-tos. it's so soothing and calming with a mild herbal flavour is just right. I love drinking it to wind down and relax. I absolutely love this tea, not only does it have a lot of health benefits, it’s also so so relaxing and so helpful in getting me to sleep, I use one tea bag but keep it in the cup to steep for 5-7 minutes and then enjoy this tea warm. It has helped me with headaches and insomnia, it tastes good, not very strong just like any herbal tea tbh. It’s great quality and the ingredients include basil which is beneficial. OH AND ITS CAFFEINE FREE! Which is perfect for people like me who drink tea at night.
