Great for perimenopause symptoms
I was pleasantly surprised with the benefits of these supplements for perimenopause. There is no crazy smell, they are large but not the size of a horse pill, help with hot flashes (YES!) and had a good range of ingredients with no allergens. There are no mushrooms in this product so I was able to use. At this writing, Contains iodine, chromium, trace minerals and maca, and powerhouse supplements chasteberry, black cohosh and saffron. Gluten free, soy free, vegan. Give it a few days to see results. Consistent use made a difference for me.
