i took this for several months before i got pregnant and during my whole pregnancy and all my lab tests were always great! never had any issues during pregnancy and i now have a 2yr toddler that is super healthy and smart! i did tons of research and this was one of the cleanest on the market.
I bought this because it was recommended as one of the best prenatal vitamins. I also specifically look for one with folate. Size of the pills are quite big, but I don't have a problem swallowing all 3 at the same time. If you smell the container, it does have a smell, but when I swallow the pill, I don't smell anything at all. Value is also good for a 2months supply.
