Going into perimenopause, this product put my cycle back into place and reduced hot flashes.
It affects the symptoms of menopause relatively well. It reduces the frequency of the waves, they feel a little less pronounced. I am currently on the first package and it will be good to take it for about three months at least to assess the effect after superimposition.
