great quality and fine ingredients. no taste but after use noticed I was gassy. size and packaging great. I used it for nursing. I noticed it benefited milk production. not sure if would take during any pregnancy trimester I think that it would be a concern. I feel like it is good only post natal for breastmilk.
I have seen very small increase in milk supply, about 10% increase however it definitely doesn't harm taking them so will continue
