Have been using this for decades. Especially needed in hot weather when doing farm work out in the sun on a hot day like hay or straw. Always take a teaspoon in glass of water, and then can work tirelessly for many hours. Beats any power drink anytime. Also good for regular supplementation.
The quality of these minerals is great. Good size for the price and I like the ingredients because it hasn’t had the salt taken out. That benefits for me. Packaging is good. It didn’t leak at all. I love the quality of these ingredients! The bottle is a larger size than I realized when I bought this, so I'd definitely say the value is fantastic. i usually got the 40,000 volts and I decided to try these because they were cheaper at the time but there is a huge difference i think it's good for someone who is new to the product and won't get a blast work the way up to giving their body the whole amount but for me it just wasn't enough however i did feel benefits of them so didn't want to return just not as strong
