These packets are great. They work very well! I experienced relief quickly, within the first 12 hours. You're supposed to finish the whole box but I didn't find it necessary. I would recommend it though just to be sure you've cleared the infection enough so that it won't come back. The taste isn't the best, but it's really not bad at all. It just takes like herbs. I believe the dandelion is what tastes a little bitter. But it's all very healthy ingredients so I don't mind the flavor. The packets are easy to use, you juat mix it with room temp water, though I think cool or warm water would be fine as well. Not hot or cold though. It does not dissolve so you just have to be okay with drinking a powdery solution. But the ingredients are ground up pretty finely so it is not chalky or clumpy. It's smooth and I think it's best to just chug it anyways, for medicinal purposes. I think the powder is a little more cumbersome than the pills, however the pills do have extra ingredients I guess to make the pill compact since it is not in a capsule. So I believe it is a plus to use the powder for that reason just to eliminate any intake of unnecessary ingredients. That being said, the pill is more convenient, and from my experience, works a little faster / more effectively than consuming the powder mixed with water. And you won't have to deal with tasting the ingredients. But overall this product quickly became a staple for me to have on hand, as opposed to using antibiotics. For anyone wanting other home remedies, I recommend using colloidal silver, eating fermented food, and taking extra vitamin c. These should all be consumed during an infection, as well as daily to prevent.

The capsules are a bit large so don’t recommend those if you have trouble swallowing. These packets are great for on the go!
