One of the better tasting magnesium glycinates (notorious for horrible taste). It dissolves really fast and doesn’t leave chunks. I take it before bed and it seems to make me feel pretty lethargic and peaceful, unsure if it’s a good or bad feeling. I can tell it’s high quality, but it’s more expensive for a reason. Added bonus for purity.
We’ve tried 3 different magnesium powders and this is by far the one that dissolves the best and has the least offensive taste. I like that it is in the easily absorbable form of glycinate. I wish there was a larger amount available as both my husband and I use it so it barely lasts more than 1 month for us.
I’ve tried a few different forms of magnesium, but this one stands out. It’s gentle on my stomach and really helps me sleep more deeply and wake up refreshed. I’ve also noticed less muscle tension and fewer night cramps. The powder mixes easily with water and doesn’t have a weird aftertaste. Definitely my go-to magnesium now.
It has slightly sweet taste but bad aftertaste, so it is not very tasty if not to dissolve it in water. It dissolves quickly in liquid. The size of the cup is 200 mg which is quite good. I am satisfied with this magnesium. It is good if you can’t drink big capsules.
I mix this with salt at the end of the day to start winding down and get my salt intake. It tastes a little sweet and with salt it is pretty good.
This is the best quality magnesium bisglycinate I have found on iherb. The ingredients are very clean and trustworthy. Some magnesium powder can be gross tasting and "burn-y" but this one is very easy to swallow down and doesn't have those issues. It is very expensive however, which is why I had to find a local alternative. If you're willing to spend the money, chose this one.
