hard to tell if these are making a difference or if it's just a placebo effect but i keep using them. I've been putting them on my wrists on acupressure points as i'm a bit worried they will fall into my ear if i put them on myself. They stay on for 3-4 days so it's worth trying if you think these might benefit you.
