I looked for ages the taste of balsamic vinegar that not too much sweet, with a gentle taste of sour and sweet in a one. Use it in the cooking, dressing salads and antipasti. What also drew my attention is it no addition of sugar and , of course, artificial colours. Like it and reordered it. I recommend
Bought this product as it is well known that vinegar can slow down the sugar absorption in the intestines. Didnt use it for cooking or for dressing salads but as a drink with warm water to reduce the belly. It is really beneficial to taken along with diet and recommended to those who want to reduce their weight.
It was too tart & watery for me. It was more a vinaigrette than what I'd expect from a balsamic vinegar. I was pretty glad when I finished it - never again.
I have used various brands of organic balsamic vinegar and this is the one is my favorite! I was making a dish that required balsamic vinegar and the taste was so good that I had to look at the brand I was using and it was this one. Now I can stop searching. I have used other Napa Valley products and the quality is consistent.

A pleasure - put a tablespoon of vinegar with 270 ml of soda + stevia for sweetness and you have a delicious drink like dark beer, only healthier
