I take these almost every day, rotated with other omega three supplements. The is not taste, ingredients seems good, and the benefits are often cited to be very good. I basically just take these because my grandma did and she lived a very long and healthy life. I am mostly concerned with inflammation and joint health.

I haven’t had krill oil before, I using go for fish oil, but I preferred these ingredients and the potency. Easy on the gut as well
