It is a tasty keto diet shake, the vanilla flavor, and the quality ingredients are good. The portion size is good. It is very filling and prevents hunger and tastes great but sometimes doesn't mix well.

It’s great as I add 12 oz of water for it and the sweetness is not overwhelming for a salt lover like me. Also I’m almost a month into ketogenic diet and a half serving is already filling for me. Definitely a working supplemental meal. And the vanilla flavour is nice. Plus it’s not expensive.
