It has all you need even choline and DHA. I used to buy choline separately because most of prenatal don't have them in. Right now I’m using as postnatal multivitamins. What I don't like is the smell, a little weird for me. I don't know the taste as I swallow them. The size is pretty big like all of this prenatal vitamins. For the price I think is a good deal, it is one per serving so It would last for 90 days. When I’m buying separately prenatal and choline + DHA is always more expensive than this one.

PRO: the amount of tables is exact, the price is good and the formula is very tempting. CON: as soon as you open the box you get hit with a STRONG fish smell, its unbearable. you latterly must wash your hands after touching it bevause it smalless bad. the pill size is huge! if you want to cover it with cheese or something you might choke because of its size. The flavor is SO strong that I , personally couldnt take any more pills after the 2 or 3rd day.

I really appreciate the multivitamins are very good in quality, they have very good ingredients and amounts that I was looking for a very good prenatal at a very good price. I also need to admit the taste is a bit strange I feel is like spicy and smell of something marine. However, I don’t mind as long as the give me the best benefits.
