This is my first purchase of of this brand multivitamins looking at the ingredient list. It has all the essential vitamins in good amounts the pill sizes I suppose quite regular size not too small but not too big and there is a vitamin smell and taste but nothing that is too overbearing. Surely, it will help with our daily needs and cover any deficiencies.

These must be among the best VFM multis in iHerb. Bought them for my sister. She likes most things about them except that they burn if they stay in your mouth a bit longer. Quite peppery. The size could also be a bit smaller or at least more "slippery". I think we will buy again.
