I reduced one star because I was hoping that they’ll come in a glass bottle, but it’s just tinted plastic. Capsules are big in size but still manageable to swallow.

Bought these to help with systemic inflammation and my hair. So far, I have been very pleased with the results. I was also told that they are beneficial for cholesterol due to the omega content. Haven’t had my cholesterol checked yet, but I am thinking they may be a benefit. Was also told that these are beneficial for ovarian cysts!

Was looking 4 a way to take omega 3's other then fish oil. I cannot stand the taste of fish oil. The faxseed is much easier to digest. No after taste. My skin looks much better even. I feel as if my inflammation level has gone down to the point i do not need to take as much tylenol or ibuprofen on a day to day basis

I tried this product to replace another brand of flaxseed oil I am using, and I like this soft gel version. Since I am mostly on a plant-based diet, I use flaxseed supplements for heart health and as source of omega-3 fatty acids.

I take it for my joints and skin daily. It is good, and the bonus is it's without animal cruelty (fish oil) and sea pollution. Will buy again.
