I took it for two months -around the time when the flow is starting. Im not sure if it's something like placebo but it seems to be working for me.
This product has been a life saver. Over the last six months, my menstrual mood swings have gotten worse with every month being worse than the last. The last month almost ended me up in a psych ward, and I was starting to think I was going to have to travel and be away from my family every period because of how much of a monster I was turning into. My first period after a month of using the product daily and I have no mood swings this cycle. It’s mind blowing the effects this has had. After doing some research because I was amazed at how well it worked, I do plan on only using this product starting in the luteal phase up until the period start for two weeks off and two weeks on every month and will hopefully have the same results.
These have dramatically reduced some of my PMS symptoms. I usually take them every day. The 5HTP is helpful in mood boosting.

It did help with my mood swings and bloating. but it also make nausea and lose appetite for few hours.
the only way i could ever be able is to get my own car to work for a month or so before the pandemic hit so that my parents can have the money for the trip to my house or something and then go back home to do my car and go back home to get a new one to go
