What I like about Sports Research supplements has a lot to do with what they do not contain--no fillers or unnecessary ingredients, and the quality of what they do contain is always high. I can not attest to the efficacy or benefits of supplementing with any vitamins and minerals, but as supplements go, these appear to be of the best quality.

1st time purchased it bcos cousin recommended it. The quality & package are great. But, better if the sticker is white with black wordings. The black colour of bottle & sticker, can’t read the ingredients well. Hopefully, it will support well to my immunity & effect to overall health. The taste hasn’t yet tried.

Most zinc tablets I’ve tried in the past gave me immediate nausea unless I took them with a massive meal. Switch to these softgels from Sports Research and it’s a complete game changer. this is for me one of the best supplements brand that i trust, high quality always and good potent ingredients. the packaging is sometimes an issue because it can open easily if you put it in your bag. no taste,very small size easy to swallow and i feel the effect on my testosterone levels

I’ve tried different brands, but this one is the best. Since the pandemic, I’ve done more research to maintain a strong immune system. This small softgel tablet is easy to swallow and easy to recognise in my pill case. I take it every day, and even with my sensitive stomach, I’ve had no problems at all.

I take this form of zinc at night along with my magnesium glycinate and D3K2 combo. The previous version I had of zinc 50mg would make me extremely nauseated every time I tried taking it even when I had my stomach was full. This version, picolinate, is very easy on my stomach and I am able to take it even on an empty stomach.
