I have taken sports research vitamin k 2 for a very long time now because my rheumatologist put me on vitamin D and it is important to have vitamin k2 to stop the build up of plaque in the arteries. I was taking x2 100mcg caps daily and am so pleased the .caps now come in 180 mcg as I only need to take 1 cap now.

I like this brand, which usually have fewer additives to the small, convenient capsules. The higher dose here is also good and the overall quality is great. This is one of the few companies that use MenaQ7 which is the highest quality K2. In addition it is in 180 mcg which I read is the preferred amount if you take a large amount of vitamin D. This particular MenaQ7 is the highest quality I found as it contain coconut oil as its main ingredient.
