Boswellia Extract, 500 mg, 120 Vegetable Capsules

i just realised Boswellia is a some aromatic thing I grew up with. it called menyan di Indonesia Jawanese language, we used it burnt in twice daily with fresh flower for the spirit who protect our house. This is a quality brand with usually good price, decent 500 mg dosage combined with extract. my reaction is rather mild. will have to try to use it longer. i like the other brand 800 mg 2 capsules, but without any extract. that one I have finished 2 bottles in about 2 months time, often it relaxed my stomach. may be my stomach is better now, so my reaction is a bit muted with 1 capsules of this.

Love this quality Force Factor brand! Rather than a dosage just 1 as recommended on the bottle, I take 3 a day, one with each meal. Keeps the knee arthritis pain down. I combine with whatever turmeric I currently have and pain free!
