I sprinkle this powder into a mug of warm water right before bed. Surprisingly, the berry flavor unfolds very gently, and there's no sour taste in my mouth, which is often the case with lemon-flavored pop.
I bought it because it was on sale. It contains brain-beneficial ingredients such as magnesium threonate, lion's mane mushroom, and bacopa. I also liked that it contained magnesium other than magnesium threonate, such as magnesium glycinate and magnesium taurate, which are types of magnesium that are often recommended when I consulted with an AI about my gut health.
I have a tendency to poor sleep...so I have been researching the different types of magnesium. This Magtech product interested me as it is a supplement with 3 types of Magnesium, plus extract of Lion'sMane mushroom, and Bacopa. The pouch contains 14 individual serving packets...which is great! No messy scooping out of servings! You just mix with 8 oz of water, and the berry flavor is great ; }. I have just started using, so the jury is still out on its helping with quality and duration of my sleep..but I will use it for the 2 weeks and see how it does!!

The taste of raspberry lemonade is pleasant and not too sweet, dissolves easily in water. Consists of three forms of magnesium, bacopa, vitamin D3 and mushrooms to support memory and focus. The effect is mild, without stimulants, sometimes I feel a slight relaxation and better concentration.
We are fed up with so many pills so powdered ore liquid supplements are very loved in our family. This product contain 3 forms of Magnesium and other good ingredients for pur brain. I hope the taste will be good toi. I'll come back with updates!
