What not to love in this one, the ingredients are great, the D3 content is high, the softgels are small... and cheap! I regularly order it and give everyone in the family. It definitely elevated my son's D level (he was tested) and both of my kids has now good levels.

Vitamin D3 should not be bought expensive. And this one is one of the cheaper brand and yet meet the quality and expectations of what a Vitamin D3 should be. This is great to take on the last meal of the day along with it's co-factors that may help quality sleep.

We all know that the best way to get Vitamin D is via the sun—but let's face it, we spend a lot of time indoors and probably aren't getting as much as we should.
