This product is totally overhyped and with the brand BrainMd, you’d expect more. Instead it does nothing for me and instead leaves you craving for more. I was skeptical when I saw the ingredients listed but decided to give it a try as I expected more from the price. I have tried other supplements at a fraction of the price and they actually work. An absolute disappointment at its inefficacy and quality. A total waste of money, don’t bother even trying this product.

During my experience, I only took one pill and noticed its effect was very weak and its price was high compared to its quality. I was shocked by iHerb and unfortunately trusted the praise in some reviews. Personally, it was a bad experience and I won't repeat it.

This didn’t do much for me. It has NAC in it which can affect your serotonin levels from what I’ve heard.

I bought a second box and take it an hour before meals along with other supplements. I highly recommend it.
