Helped in brain fog. Fresh packaging, recommended by GP to benefit heart, cholesterol, hair and inflammation, supposed to be one of the higher quality fish oil, helping with ageing too. No fishy taste, easy to way to consume daily omega, but a little pricier than others.
I watched some of Dr. Daniel Amen's videos and feel that his brand of supplements is trustworthy but pricey. I'm glad to see Iherb carries his brand and can get discount. I'm trying this omega 3, can't tell the difference yet, but it's good to have enough omega 3 anyway.

Really good quality ingredients: fish supplement has lots of omega 3 , especially DHA which is important since it's proven to decrease cholesterol and inflammation and overall heart health. It doesn't have any taste. I haven't notice yet any difference in hair, but I just started it. overall an excelent product which offers lots of benefits.
