H2 Boost Molecular Hydrogen, 30 Tablets (80 mg per Tablet)

Molecular hydrogen - i discovered it through Garry Brecka, i have not noticed its effect on training , because....i do not workout lately 😅. When i started taking it, one morning i happen to have a headache and it just went away after i drank this in a water dissolved tablet, usually it would have stayed there for the whole day. Dissolved it looks a bit milky, not that many bubbles, does not have terrible taste.

Very quick absorption into water. It does turn clear relatively fast, so felt I needed to drink a lot faster than other brands. In saying that I still felt results with greater energy & alertness.

Every morning I take one H2 tablet on an empty stomach! It helps me so much with my digestion! I would definitely recommend everyone to try it!

Looks good quality, especially with Dr. Amen on it. 12000 ppm is much more than my Hydrogen waterbottle does. Yet, I have no idea for the long term benefit or how to spot a difference. Package is good, taste as well, hydration supported, price is pretty high. For all these H2 tabs. I can get the best Hydrogen waterbottle out there for about 8 months on these, while, I can produce much more H2 water with it (third party tested of course) with only 5000ppm but easily 5-7 times a day. So, please, make these ore affordable. Cheers

well packed and package arived fast.. I use it in the morning for hydration. it takes up to 2 minutes before you can drink it. no bad tast but got use to it been drinking it for a while now. I drink it with my electrolyte drink in the morning great combination. Just have to wait for it to desolve first before adding.

My dad is trying out this supplement and he liked it. The quality of ingredients they used and it helps him with his breathing and his lungs.

If there's one thing that really works for me then it's H2 tablets. It gives energy on cellulair level. I always start my day with one or two tablets on an empty stomach.
