This oil-based primer smooths, nourishes, and conditions lips. Lips feel moisturized, the texture is soft, not sticky, and the scent is pleasant and subtle. I use it alone as a lip gloss with a lip liner, and sometimes I apply it over lipstick. I'm very pleased with the quality. I've ordered it a second time.
