According to my Japanese friend, taking a bath helps him unwind and get a good night's sleep. also it makes skin smooth and moist. I guess it has a good benefit to use I ought to give it a shot. The face basin is what I use. I gently wash the body by using my hand to scoop out warm water and letting it flow over it. At home, I don't have a bathtub.
I’ve used Dr.Teal’s Epsom Salt many times, always love it and appreciate the quality. Scent is great, not too overpowering. I always fell more relaxed after my baths after using it. I appreciate the easy open and reseal packaging.

I’ve been using it for a year now and still have some left, the size of the package is great, and the scent is strong but so relaxing It is great for dry skin because of the oils, it leaves my skin moisturized, but I’m not sure its good for sensitive skin because of the strong scent

Good salts, you need a lot of it for a bath, I was not expecting it. Very strong smell of lavender with full portion (as on the label)
