You need pretty hot water for the flakes to dissolve nicely, otherwise it can feel a bit gritty. And the price maybe is a bit higher than simple bath salts you find in supermarket. Nice packaging, seems that the size could be useful for around 10-15 times. I used after a pilates class where my body was very stiff and it helped a bit.

These mag flakes are fantastic! Melt well, high quality, great on my sensitive skin and overall give me great benefits in helping with achy bones/joints and sleep. The package is a good size and lasts a lot longer than the bag, given the amount needed per bath. That said, I recommend this brand overall, I just wish the price was a bit better.

These scentless flakes work great, melt fast and are very gentle on the skin. The only downside is that the amount needed per bath, makes the bag last a very short time. The benefits are great physically, but not financially.

The products has no scent, with high quality. Its composition made up of pure magnesium chloride. I mix it with warm water & use it for my sensitive foot & leg. It has gentle reliving benefit without living the skin dry. The package seal well with well size. It has minimal tingling feel.

Haven’t noticed any difference but I feel that water tastes different if I am pouring it in my bath tube. But as myself I didn’t feel any more relaxed. But I am indeed better sleeping afterwards like a baby. In 1 time
