Expected a muscle relaxation but only feel a cooling benefit which I do not enjoy about it. Cooling in warm water doesn't really go together for me.. I use it after hard workout like running and Pilates. OkaY for sensitive skin which I have, gentle and no drying out on skin.

Excellent Epsom salt for relaxing baths. It dissolves well in warm water and helps soothe tired muscles after a long day or workout. The menthol and essential oils create a refreshing, calming experience without being overwhelming. My body feels relaxed and less tense afterward. The package is large and lasts a long time. This whole series of salts are the best. Relaxing for muscles body and mind. Great quality, scent. This one is minty. I prefer some of the other smells but this one good too.
Has a orage mint scent , size is big , use it when i need to rid the work fatigue for the day. Gently on the skin and also skin feel smooth after the bath. Does not dry out the skin. Package has a zip lock easy to open and close. Great quality.
I exercise a lot and my legs get very tired. These Epsom salts smell good and feel incredible! They are very good quality and don’t irritate my sensitive skin. After I finish, soaking my legs and feet feel marvelous for a long time afterwards. I also really like the scent it’s not too overpowering.
