I purchased this to be able to make my own lactose free butter and milk, and so far I have done both and it's been great. Lost one star because the instructions for doing so are unclear on the packaging, in terms of quantity to use, so I had to google it. Was fresh and of good quality.

I was happy that I found pure lactase powder, but then I realized this is pretty weak product. It contains 1000 FCC ALU per 1g of powder, which is the weakest product ever. The ingrediets are pure lactase only, but rather buy capsules and just open them.
