After a couple weeks of daily use, I feel a bit more even-keeled and less quick tempered, with good energy levels. The recommended dose (100mg) is a bit higher than what I've read about in research studies, so Im not sure if this is appropriate for long term use (maybe use every other day?). Also, be sure to take this in the morning; it's a hormone that affects the body's circadian rhythm in conjunction with other hormones.
