Happy to report this product hasn't given me any upset stomach or bloating issues which soya always gives me. I will need to take it a bit longer to see the real benefits

Soy isoflavones helps women in peri or menopause. Reduces hot flashes and improves overall wellbeing. I trust this brand as i have tried many other things and trust their quality. For strong symptoms you might need more capsules of soy isoflavones than is reccomended ( provided your doctor agrees) and after sometime you feel the difference.

I am in perimenopause and have until now chosen not to take HRT. My go to's right now are soy isoflavones and maca. I notice when I take soy isoflavones that it improves my mood, makes me have less problems with having to pee in the night and a more fresh and unproblematic period. I am not sure if soy isoflavones are making me more constipated?
