great dosage per capsule, i use it to fight hair loss, i like the small gel capsuls, very easy to swallow, great pure ingredients. b vitamins in general are very important when you have candida, sibo or other malabsorption problems.

I stopped taking biotin for a while and noticed my nails getting soft. So it definitely helps with nails and i also notice that my hair doesn't thin like it was doing so it helps with that as well
