As we age we all seem to slow down so I mix a pitcher and add it to my diet coke and I believe it helps with recovery after work outs and overall health. Get better results with BCAA than with essential amino acids, so am a little confused or believe there may be room for both. Now I take, a good multi vitamin, a B complex and this for the core of my daily "stack".
