little sugar per serving, I usually do a 90g protein shake with 2 scoops unflavored and one scoop flavored and this is a great way to add a little flavor which takes the form of the whole bottle of protein I make. accurate as can be in taste to the name cake batter. the size will last a month on single serving size alone.
The quality of package is awesome. I would use such supplement to help me in my diet and training. Post bariatric workout needs sufficient amount of protein and this one is over the top.
The taste and mix ability is below average has a head after shaking like a beer… the protein percentage is 83.33 which is little above average for an Isolate… would buy again only if it was half price
The macros are good and the ingredient list is simple, but I did not like the taste and texture of this flavor. The Cake Batter flavor tastes very sweet, with a harsh and slightly bitter aftertaste. To me, the aftertaste is unpleasant and astringent, almost spice-like and artificial. Sometimes it even makes me feel nauseous because the sweet, artificial, spicy aftertaste lingers for a long time. After shaking, it also creates a foamy head similar to beer, which makes it less pleasant to drink. Even after mixing for a long time, I still notice small crystals or particles that break easily when pressed. The powder does not feel fully dissolved. Overall, the product may be fine from a nutrition perspective, but this flavor did not work for me. I would not buy Cake Batter again.
