I saw the astronomical milligram amount and my interest peaked. Lycopene is a great antioxidant and 50 mg. is really out there-mg wise. Usually you get 10-20, possibly, 40mg for a higher price, but 50mg for this price seemed like a good buy. With the 29% sale it became affordable/doable, and there’s many in the bottle-120 soft gels. The brand seems ok-as good as the other brand I’ve been buying so I’m giving it a try. I feel as I get older more is better for maintaining health because my telomeres are shrinking faster. That means it will take better and more healthful ingredients for maintenance, as long as they aren’t toxic, if taken in large doses. The quality seems good and it’s in a soft gel-an easier form for the body to assimilate which is another factor I consider as growing older-I need simple assimilation vs complicated assimilation of nutrients that cause my system to work harder and taxes my organs. I’ve already mentioned the size.
