Overall a pretty good product, definitely helps my measurable ketone levels stay high where I like them, and makes it easier to get back into ketosis if a social event or family obligation has you consume a little more carbs than expected. It definitely helps keep the energy levels up and the hunger down, which is especially important in an intermittent fasting keto diet. This product helps me to stay focused instead of trying to grab a snack that would kick me out of the fasting state. You can truly feel the benefits, a very good supplement.

I was having problems with muscle cramps. I was waking up in the middle of the night in pain. Those issues are completely gone. I no longer feel that my muscles and tendons are constricted. I can exercise without pain.

great product. slightly overpriced. but not worse price than others. i use this product to add Potassium to my diet. especially on days that i Fasting. i also use pottassium citrate, but when on keto and fasting day.. it is difficult fir stomach to handle 4 gram of potassium citrate. therefor i usually do example 2g potassium citrate and rest with example potassium BHB.
