I appreciate how this bottle packages both ingredients (lutein and zeaxanthin), though I do wish the dose of zeaxanthin were higher. I am happy with lutein being 20mg, though. I have often bought various brands of Lutien but this one is different. Propper capsules instead of the common oily soft gel caps which clump together or rot. Will buy again.

I haven't noticed any Improvement in my eyesight but then, on the other hand, it hasn't gotten worse for a long time either so I'm assuming these work pretty well. I did recently switch to taking them in the evening after I read that the eye repair that utilizes lutein takes place at night so hopefully I'm using them at maximum advantage.
