First time trying this pasta, and I loved it! I've been experimenting with more alternative pastas, and this one did not disappoint! It's a little pricey, but worth it. The taste and texture are great. I use it in my nourish bowls. I like the short list of ingredients.
I have tried SO many kinds of low carb pasta but this one is the best I've ever had. Is it pricey? Yes. But does it keep the firmness you'd find in regular pasta? Yes. It has no taste, either (which is great as it just soaks up whatever sauce it's in) - oh yes, you read that right. It actually soaks up sauce - which I'd never seen in another keto friendly pasta alternative before! The entire box can be split into four servings, which at first glance will appear small, but the portion sizes are very filling thanks to the fiber. I cook mine for 5 to 6 minutes before adding it to whatever I'm making. Quality is amazing and as a pasta lover, this really scratches the itch for me. Is regular pasta better? Of course it is. But this is a great alternative and well worth the splurge, in my opinion.
Kaizen makes really tasty high protein pasta. Love that it is gluten free and low carb too. We find it tastes better than the popular orange brand, and is easier on our stomaches. Great quality product with clean ingredients. We use it as a direct swap for normal pasta. It is a standard size package box.

Very good product, good quality and easy use, the good taste
I like looking for good quality pasta alternatives that can offer more protein content. These ones taste ok, of course not like your typical pasta and the texture is a little on the denser more powdery side. Definitely pair with more flavourful sauces to counter this. If your kid is open to this then it is a good addition to the diet.
I have a rice allergy and I tried to this out. It cooks really fast but that's the only issue I have with it. The high protein and fiber make my gut doctor and trainer very happy. I've had it in fried rice and as a replacement for regular rice. I love this stuff.

Perfect great quality pasta, which tastes really nice. I use it because of its clean ingredients and the high amount of protein. Paper package with ia a plus. Small size but has 4 portions of 20 grams of protein! That's unbeatable for the price - quality ratio. I also love the shape that are little radiators.
And gluten free too! I'm really very happy to have found this pasta with clean ingredients and great texture that really goes with any kind of sauce.
