I think this is one of the top gluten free fusilli’s on the market. It’s so tasty and holds its shape quite well. I have only used it with pre made marinara sauce, which absorbs nicely into the pasta itself and gets into the nooks and crannies of the twists. Big fan of this high quality product!
I've gotten in the habit of bean based pasta as I'm gluten free and appreciate the protein. But when I'm making family meals (ie pickier eaters) I shift to this as it's a mix of rice and bean. So, I get more protein without a heavier/denser pasta. I doubt real picky eaters would go for it though - it's still not the same as a traditional pasta. So, maybe get real saucy to balance textures out.
The quality of this pasta is really good. It has a lovely nutty flavour due to the lentils. legumes are good for cholesterol and. I love to buy this as it cooks very well and I love the protein content which keeps me fuller for longer. Its a good size for the family and the package is biodegradable.

there's nothing strictly wrong with this pasta. i find that most pastas made in italy are superior quality ~ so yea i would say go ahead, especially if you can get a deal on it!
I love the high quality also taste really good I don't need to add extra sauce. frying with the butter even fair enough to enjoy the taste

The quality, ingredients and taste of this pasta is out of the world!! I use pasta 1-2 times a week bcos I love pasta and it’s easy haha! But the size and packaging of this is great! I use about half a box and that makes enough for me to have 3 meals.
