This gives you chill I didn’t like mine, it goes you cramps the is a other one stool softener from the sabe brand that is much more gentle, I wouldn’t recommend this for a child for ex. Size is very small, dosage don’t you dare to take more than one by time. Benefit from you staying I the toilet for very long
