I had to slowly build up the quantity to take and started by using a little at intervals during the day. It was a while before I took a full dose before bedtime. That worked out for me as I do have digestive difficulties. As I had not found full information about the trace minerals in this powder I contacted the company. After a while the reply came (and very pleasant too) and I was able to pinpoint the lake in Utah they come from. They also confirmed that the Magnesium is chelated which is not in the description. Having done some heavy detoxing lately I suddenly realised I needed Magnesium and fast and I’ve only used about half or less of the container and feeling good !

Tastes great (like blackberry lemonade from Publix, if you've ever had that)! Definitely improves sleep quality, although I had to stop doing it every night because I'd wake up still tired after 7-8 hours of rest. As far as magnesium goes though, I like this one for when I do need a sleep supplement!

The quality of the ingredient in this magnesium product is great and it benefited me with my sleep and my hormone and reduced my pain in my my muscles and joint. It has the right amount of the needed minerals. The size of the pill is good and it tastes good. It came in nice packaging

Because it is in powder form - it is easy to dose, dissolves quickly in water, and the taste of berries is my favorite, and there are no chemicals. I usually take it in the evening - I don't feel heaviness in my stomach with this form of magnesium. For me the composition is convenient especially since it is glycinate and has a real effect - I will order it again!

I found this, originally looking for a dupe for the moon juice magnesium supplement when I realized the type magnesium that moon juice uses is also a bit of a laxative. I think this is a good quality magnesium supplement for sleep. I noticed some improvement in my quality of rest when I started taking this supplement. However, a good amount of it has trouble dissolving and settles at the bottom…

Dissolves easily in water, refreshing, helps with relaxing and it improves my sleep quality. Formed small clumps when the weather was too humid but did not affect my intake.
