I ate the whole container, but I'm not really sure what's good. I bought it because it contains chromium and inositol, but it seems that these ingredients have more effects that I don't know about. It's easy to take because it's one pill a day. It was easy to eat and I was in good condition while eating. It's so expensive (discount doesn't apply) that I don't think I'll eat it again.

i tried carob and it worked great for lowering sugar and pressure.. so i searched the active ingredient in carob and it is d.pinitol .. I have to try it .. and it works..yet pricy .. so next time I'll take carob 2 tbs works as good
