I like these because they contain unique ingredients and additional strain compared to some others. It is a little costly but good quality and worth it for my health. Regular size capsule, and dosage is only once a day which i like. No taste that i noticed. Overall, i would purchase again

Has everything you need pre/probiotic + cranberry extract, heard that the supplement works best when taken with vitamin d so I’ve been doing that, the only con is that you have to take it without food so I just take it right when I wake up and wait to eat breakfast
